Returns will be accepted by Brick + Main Co. within 14 DAYS from the time your order is received, for return, exchange or store credit.
The 14 day policy is firm. No exceptions will be made.
The items must be returned in the same condition that they were received, without wash, wear, or damage, and the packing slip must be included. Once we receive your return, we will inspect for signs of wear or use. If it is found to be in returnable condition, we will refund your original method of payment. If it is not in a returnable condition or received after the 14 day policy, items will be returned to sender after which no refund will be issued.
All sale items, including pre-sale, are final sale. No exceptions will be made.
In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for refund or exchange. Defects must be reported within the 7 day period before items are worn or washed.
When returning an item, we strongly recommend that you get a tracking number and use a delivery confirmation. Brick + Main Co. is not responsible for any lost returns or exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to our hand-picked inventory, availability of sizing cannot be guaranteed; however, we will handle each exchange request on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping is always free on exchanges as long as you're within the 14 day return policy time frame.
Please place your prepaid shipping label on the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest USPS location. Once USPS scans your package, a new order will be placed for the exchanged item you selected. You will receive a new shipping confirmation for your exchange.
If the item you are wanting is sold out, you can chose to receive a gift card for the amount paid that you can use on a new item.
